Karate Camp

Last week was the first full week of summer break.  Liam's school doesn't do camp that first week.  Last year we were in Disneyworld that week, and the year before that I think he just had a staycation.  But he was old enough this year to go to karate camp with Zachary.  We know he's not really interested in karate, but they do so much more than karate there.  Yes, they do a class every day during camp (which he was not terribly interested in participating in), but they didn't force him.  I think he was a little intimidated by all of it, but it sounds like he did OK.  Of course I don't have any pictures since we were at work, but they did some crafts, and took a field trip on Friday to the Chattahoochee Nature Center.  Zachary has 6 weeks there this summer and Liam has 3 weeks there.  It was just nice to get a flavor for what it's like having them in the same place all day.  They are apart again this week (Zachary back at karate camp, and Liam is doing the first of 3 weeks at his school camp).
